The following points can be defined in these other settings.
In the upper part, own stamps can be deposited, which can then be used in the edit mode of PDF files, e.g. for the approval procedures or remarks.
Note:
When processing documents, various ck.solution stamps are stored. However, company-specific stamps can also be created. The standard stamps have a size of 81x241 pixels. When creating your own stamps, it is important to save them in PNG format.
In the lower area, further settings for documents can be configured.

With this tick, the creation of a revision can be forced with every change in the SAP document. Without the tick, a revision is only created when the stored document is changed. |
After confirming with "Next", the "Completion of the wizard" is called up.
Example for the display of linked documents in the archive:
An incoming invoice is linked to a goods receipt. If the check mark is set, the associated goods receipt is also displayed in the archive of the incoming invoice.
If the check mark is removed, only the archive of the document is displayed without links. Only the first view is defined via the wizard. Whether it is displayed with or without links.
